Ocado- no slots from Aug 31st

Anyone know what is happening with Ocado slots from September 1st?

I cannot book any after August 31st and am wondering why / whether I have missed something. I thought M and S products were coming out after 1.09.20

I have a couple booked for September. They are with M&S products. I would ring customer services to find out what the problem is.

Are you sure they’re not just very busy from 1/9 onwards? Try looking at the calendar for later in the month. I went to add my usual shop and found that I couldn’t get one until the 8th - I think lots of people got a bit giddy and are filling their freezers with M&S stuff!

I can't get a slot until Sunday 7th Sept and then it's at an inconvenient time. Very frustrating.

There is a rush on M&S stuff. I noticed a couple of weeks ago lots of slots early September were booked up more than usual.

It's odd it is more difficult to book a delivery than during the latter part of lockdown.

Waitrose also have no slots until Sunday.

Yesterday I booked a delivery for this Thursday. We are very loyal customers (and tend to spend too much) so even during lockdown we were getting slots when people on here said they couldn’t.

I have a slot booked for Thurs and yesterday booked another for the next Thursday. All looks normal on the app.

I booked on Saturday for delivery next weekend.
I booked one yesterday for Thursday delivery.

I couldn't have got one much earlier, with such late notice this week, but that will be down to the switch over - the introduction of m and s will have made people keen to give it a go.

I’ve got weekly slots booked in for the next couple of weeks.
Maybe just increased demand as people want to try the M&S products?

It’s probably to do with the Waitrose/M&S changeover which happened today.

We're still able to book ahead. We had priority booking as a shielding home and they've, so far, allowed us to continue booking a month ahead.

I've been able to book ahead and I've got my next 3 deliveries lined up. The only difference was I had to queue to amend my order this morning.

Just had my delivery. So pleased with all the M and S stuff. I used to go to M and S about once a week and get Ocado about every 2 months to stock freezer, cereal and kitchen rolls etc.
I haven't been to shop since March and have been having Ocado weekly. It was lovely to see my old favourites again.

Just had my text confirming today’s order. One missing item - the GIN! Shocking service! Don’t they realise I’m back to work this week? 😉

I have skits booked through to the middle of the month. And loads of choices still showing.

I booked one yesterday for next week and had a choice of time slots throughout several days, must just be where you live. Having said that, not sure I am going to go ahead, other threads are suggesting they are cancelling and have stock issues.

I've got one for next Tuesday but I did notice that there was a dash in most of the boxes, although I wasn't sure if that meant the slot was full or just not available yet.

Anyone else seen the story on BBC news about Ocado cancelling people's deliveries due today? A lot of angry customers. Now a bit worried about our delivery due Thursday.

No! What did it say-any reason given?

Ours came today, it was fine. Great use by dates etc. No problems getting slot either. In Gloucestershire.
