Anyone seen the new self checkouts at Asda?

Went to Asda today, used the self checkout. Glanced up at the screen and saw my ugly mug staring back at me! Wth is that about? They have cameras on the checkouts now?!

The Asda near me has had this for ages. We’re obviously a store with a lot of theft from the self service tills. I can’t get worked up about it but I try not to look at my own face too often. It depresses me.
