Wisdom tooth surgery cost

I’ve been told by the dentist my bottom left wisdom tooth is impacted and needs removing. It gives me no end of pain and bother. Problem is, the wait time on the NHS is 8 months and that’s just for the initial appointment. I’m not grumbling as I know there are much bigger problems in the world right now, but that being said I’m considering going private to speed up the process.

Has anyone had this done and can give an idea of the price?

Ok, most big cities have a dental hospital for more complex cases, Dh had his wisdom tooth out at Birmingham’s. It had 3 roots and had completely de-coronated.

I had to end up going private too and cost me about 800 pounds.
