Economics teachers please help!!

DS has just finished Yr12 and is having trouble understanding these questions. They are macroeconomic questions I believe from a 2001 paper.
Does anybody know the answer (and explain please!) to these questions?

It would probably be a good idea for your DS to email his teacher (if this is what’s done at his school/college). The teacher needs to know that he doesn’t understand those Qs; if your DS gets them right then the teacher will think they don’t need to cover (or revisit) those areas of study, when in fact that’s not the case.

He might not get a reply until school returns (unless in Scotland, ofc).

@FourEyesGood He has emailed his teacher but she hasn't replied as it is the holidays still. Just wanted to check in case some Mumsnetters might know the answers
