I used cloth nappies with my last baby from 5 months until he was potty trained.

My newborn is now 3 months and I've brought the cloth stash down from the loft ready to wash and use but they're all a bit grey looking. They've been up there in a plastic bag for about 2 an a half years.

I want to get them lovely and white again. What can I use? They're the miosolo all in one nappy.

I would start with your standard wash routine for cloth nappies - I.e. as much water as possible/extra rinses, with a normal amount of detergent. Then hanging in the sunshine (if you’ve got any...) to help remove any lingering stains and brighten them up a bit.

Having said that I do think the microfibre ones like Miosolos don’t come up as pristine as the 2-parter cotton or bamboo ones, over time ours have looked more worn.

I use cloth wipes and once in a while I'll use a massive scoop of whitener, on a long 60 wash and then hang in the sun on a bright hot day. They whiten up great. Unsure if you do 60 with the nappies but the powder whitener and 6 hours in the sun, it does the job

Napisan and drying in the sun - both could be worth a try.

Sunshine is honestly your best bet here, but even a cloudy day will make a difference. I tend to wash mine overnight so they can go on the line first thing and get a full day in the sun, it’s the best thin for getting stains out and brightening them up.
