Psyllium Husk

Posting for traffic.

I've been taking two psyllium husk capsules every day since January.

My digestion and IBS like symptoms have really improved, but it's been such a strange year and my lifestyle has been altered in so many ways that I can't isolate it to this change alone.

If you use this supplement, would you share your personal insight with me? I'm not sure if I'm wasting my money!!

Do you know how it affects the body? What effects have you seen?
Have any trigger foods been isolated for you, do allow you to adapt your diet?
I imagine if stress is a trigger then 2020 hasn't been the best for that, though perhaps no commute has helped?

From the internet...

Psyllium is a bulk-forming laxative. This means it soaks up water in your gut and makes bowel movements much easier and can help promote regularity without increasing flatulence. It can be used as* a one-off to ease constipation, or it can be added to your diet to help promote regularity and overall digestive health.

I'm definitely more regular and less bloated.

I feel loads better - just looking for anyone who could possibly say, "Me too!"
