Did anyone else watch? Who killed the three men in the shallow grave?
Mum and I watched and managed to totally miss the killer? Was it the man with all the children??

I didn't watch it but I found an old post on a Google group(In 2008) asking the same question, and the response.

James Callum and his "girlfriend" Michelle were the culprits. As I guessed 
early on, there was something very odd about Michelle - it turned out that 
she and James's PA Michael were one and the same person: he/she was in the 
process of undergoing a sex change.
I can't remember the exact motive but I think it was tied up with concealing 
the sex change. Frost got Callum to confess to conspiring with Michelle who 
actually did the deed and whom Callum conveniently killed when she tried to 
attack Frost. Supposedly there were no witnesses to the conversation between 
the two of them (Callum and Frost), but secretly Frost was recording the 
conversation and planned to reveal it to the newspapers to blacken Callum's 
name - that was all he could do since there was no evidence on which to 
charge Callum, and the actual killer (Michelle) was dead.

Thanks but that was the second case of the episode.. I knew that part. It was the killer of the three men in the shallow grave we were confused about!

It was a blink and you miss it revelation but I think (but am not sure) that the 3 deaths were separate to Callum and Michelle. Made to look like ritual murders to cover it up but don't know who/why

I think it was the guy earlier who was in the house where there were screaming children and George got hurt.
