I'd pronounce that Hall e, for me that doesn't go with Olivia.

Hayley is much nicer. But as its not my baby my opinion means nothing. I just love baby name threads.

I like it but prefer the spelling Halle

I like it. And I like either spelling. I agree that the double L runs into the L of Olivia. I thinknk it's to do with the position of the vowels, so you might find a middle name not beginning with a vowel works better. Hallie Sophia for example.

Plus I'm always cautious of middle initials starting with a vowel as it can lead to spelling a word. What does your surname start with? HOB, HON, HOO, HOP, HOR (not a word, but kids are mean), HOT, HOW. A teacher of mine had the initials PIG (and was male so was given them at birth). That said, DS2 and I both have vowel middle names, but they don't make a word.

Hallie can be short for Harriet (or so Google tells me). What about Harriet Olivia, but called Hallie day to day? It flows much better than Hallie Olivia. That said, a full name is quite rarely spoken so I don't think how a name "flows" is nearly as important as it's made out to be on here. Just as long as the initials don't spell out anything awkward.

Sorry but I don’t really like it as a name, it’s a neither here nor there name for me a bit wishy washy.....just my opinion.
