I have tried every diet under the sun,slimming world etc I need something that will work for me,not to hard or restricting and easy to follow and stick to because I love Bad food so much ðŸ˜
What is Keto like?is there a certain keto program I could follow etc?
Basically I'm in a deep dark hole and I need some help and advice how I can come out of this.
