Quick jigsaw question

I want to get my nephew a jigsaw for his fifth birthday but have no idea what size puzzle kids of that age can do (spinster aunt here!) - any help much appreciated :)

I think DS's are around a 64 piece so upwards of that is say, maybe somewhere around 100

Depends on whether he’s a jigsaw-doer, and therefore practiced, but i got dd this one for Christmas at 4.5 and she loves it:

Look on Amazon - Ravensburger puzzles are excellent quality and they label them 5+, 7+ etc
