Anyone else have this awful pain?

Feels like my womb is in spasm and am getting shooting pains up my bum, and like waves of contraction every now and then?
Not pregnant.

I have something similar semi-regularly. I have endometriosis.
It feels like someone suddenly jabbing a carving knife up your bum every once in a while. It's not nice.

Have you ever had anything like that before OP?

Yeah, I've had similar, but this time I can feel a constant dull ache in my womb, and it hurts in the anal passage when I sit down

I don't have it, but have definitely seen a LOT of me tions on MN of 'javelin arse'. Does that help?

I have endo which has spread to my bowel and this is one of my symptoms.

No endo as far as I'm aware, doc thinks I have pcos tho.
I have heard of javelin arse come to think of it lol
