Has anyone found anything that has successful blocked noise coming from their neighbours property?
We have very thin walls between our houses so we can hear everything, down to and including conversations as if they were sat next to us, their dog barking, using the bathroom, closing doors..you get the picture. It’s frustrating and I’ve had enough.
I can’t afford for the walls to be made thicker and the foam you can buy will just look unsightly with possibilities it won’t work after paying ££, we’ve just decorated too so I don’t want to ruin it. I’ve tried noise machines, noise cancelling headphones and ear plugs but they’re not suitable long term. Short of an argument or moving I’m out of ideas. What works for you?
