So in the process of buying a house with DH after 5 years of living in flats. Part of me is very anxious about it as big financial commitment so making a list of what i am (and am not looking forward to). anyone have any other good things they're looking forward to:
Pros:
- lots more space and no more tripping over my coffee tables
- more space in the kitchen for baking
- more space for entertaining
- Having a separate washer and drier so no more fluffiness on my clothes
- being able to run said washer or dryer at whatever time of day or night I fancy without my downstairs neighbour complaining
- not having to deal with others fly tipping in my bin store
- having the bins near me and not having to go up and down stairs to take the bins out
- Having a garden
- being closer to my family
- not having the bathroom door right next to my head when I sleep
Cons
- having to go upstairs to bed/when i forget something
- having a big mortgage
- cleaning three toilets!!
Anyone have anything else?
