Hi,
I'm really stuck for ideas for DS 1st birthday (Oct 3rd) I've not planned anything yet due to waiting on my rota to make sure I'm definetly off. (I am, woooooo)
I live in a small house, with a yard so outside things aren't really suitable, plus weather probably wouldn't be great given it's October
We have 1 other baby in the family, other than that all adults.
I wanted a little party, buffet, balloons and family could come and we could sing happy birthday but DH has decided this is inappropriate as "it would turn into a piss up" despite neither of us being drinkers, it's a dig at my poorly alcoholic aunt.
So that's out the question.
I know DS won't necessarily remember but I want to make it special.
Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated xx
