My not very sensible husband took a joint of beef out of the freezer last night for us to have today. Unsurprisingly it's still pretty frozen. We're going away tomorrow so can't wait till then I have it. Our microwave is not very reliable.
The beef isn't in its original packaging, just a freezer bag.
I'd need to start cooking it at 2-3pm.
What's the safest thing for me to do with it?
