My god. Where do I find this magical Nigella sauce?

It's in her 'Nigella Express' book. Be warned - it's offensively full of gluttonous ingredients and is basically like crack. I'd recommend not tasting it when you've finished making it, or you'll have downed the lot before you can even get the ice cream out of the freezer. And then you'll feel very ill. It honestly shouldn't really be allowed. Dh doesn't like it. I think maybe he's not human.

I'm not huge on hollandaise I must admit, but I think I must never have had a decent one.

I quite like hollandaise but let's face it, it's essentially warm mayonnaise.

Mint Sauce for the win.

I refuse to believe your dh. It sounds amazing. Seems like mint sauce is the favourite. I'm surprised at brown sauce being a choice. Not a fan.
