Couch to 5K - newly qualified

I, like many of you, completed the couch to 5K during lockdown, and I have kept it up, running at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. At the moment I don't seem able to increase it, so I'll stick with the 30 mins, which in my case I think it's less than 5K as I run really slowly but then again, I have just turned 50!!

Anyway. I am worried about giving up when the bad weather sets in. What do you do to ensure you get out? How do you stay motivated when you're not exactly an exercise lover? What do you wear on top for the cold, rain?

I want to do everything I can to keep this up but based on past experience, I don't fully trust myself!!!

I joined a running club. Otherwise set yourself a routine ie every other day and then you will be reluctant to break it. Get yourself a waterproof running jacket from Sports Direct. From November to March I wear winter running leggings from Ronhill. They keep my legs warm. Running gloves, hat and long sleeve tops.
