Heated blanket for car?

Ds (23) gets hives when she’s cold and would like a heated blanket for the car. Does anyone have one, if so does it get reasonably warm, does it smell at all? Are you happy with it?

I have something from amazon which plugs into socket in the car to heat up as I wanted heated seats. It's great in the winter.

Are you aware of all the other things you need to do to keep warm - hat, scarfs, gloves, healthy diet and exercise really helped me.

She uses all of those things, but she has EDS and that seems to have an impact.
