After 4 years we're leaving nursery - they've been amazing & i'd like to get a gift for his key worker (for the past two years) and the nursery as a whole.

Any ideas what we could get?

Key worker for dc1 got a rose. Key worker for dc2 got M and S vouchers. When my youngest left we gave the nursery a picnic bench.

I was going to go for chocolates. Not sure I could get a picnic bench in the car.

Wine/chocs/ Starbucks/Costa vouchers for the staff.

Books for the nursery? Or a special toy if your DS has a particular interest?

We have copies of 2 of dd's favourite books for the book corner and a tray of tea, hot chocolate, coffee and biscuits for all the adults to share. Dd's was a smallnursery and she got on with All of the adults so we didn't get anything specifically for her key person..

I'm planning to get DS's key worker Tesco vouchers to buy herself a bottle of something. And probably a big box of chocolates for the staff room. We also made a donation to the nursery when they were closed for Covid, as we really appreciated that they didn't charge anything. We stipulated it went towards staff wellbeing.

Dc made cards for their key workers and room leaders and I gave the manager cash to put towards the next staff night out. The office, maintenance, kitchen staff got to benefit that way too.
