Two adults, one puppy. Free day on Saturday. Happy to consider anywhere within reasonable distance of the Midlands. Somewhere outside but where we can get lunch, etc? Hit me with your suggestions!

Cotswold Water Park is one of the few wildlife places to let dogs in.
At Croft Castle, the parkland and gardens are dog friendly, as is a section of the tearoom.
Blists Hill Victorian Town, Ironbridge - dogs on leads are welcome throughout the town except for cafes.
Cannock Chase Forest is so dog friendly that there’s even a special dog activity trail.
Trentham Gardens is very a dog-friendly attraction, although dogs need to be on short leads and are not allowed in the barefoot walk or Capability Centre. Cadwaladers cafe allows dogs inside and outside and several other cafes and restaurants allow them outside. There’s even a dog wash at the shopping village and a shop with a dog bakery!

Kenilworth Castle is dog friendly with the exception of the tearoom but there are seats outside with umbrellas

We’ve taken our dog on many railway journeys including the Severn Railway, and the Churnet Valley.
The Severn Railway goes between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster. In Bridgnorth, Giovanni’s is dog friendly and serves lovely crepes.
