Well, what a day...

Some hazy recollections from last night are starting to come back to me ...I have a vague memory of @OfficallAnAwardWinningPoster hiding a trophy inside a policeman’s helmet and then making the goat wear it. Everything after that remains a blank...

H from Steps remained sparko on the patio until well past noon. Prodding him tentatively with the end of a tomato support cane revealed him to at least still be alive but my goodness, he fair turned the air blue. Who knew H was such a potty-mouth?

The donkey had to be winched out of the attic by rescue helicopter and the Mariachi band are still blotto from last night and have been repeatedly performing El Mariachi Loco at maximum volume. I also suspect illicit substances have been enjoyed, judging by the amount of snacks they’ve consumed. Before Coffee’s neighbours could collect their goat it was attacked by some crazy paramilitary type who parachuted into my garden, wrestled a trophy from its mouth and made off with it. The goat is traumatised which appears to have adversely affected its digestive system. Coffee’s neighbours have been quite sniffy about the whole thing.

A policeman turned up at the door an hour ago wanting his helmet back. I have to say law enforcement officers these days don’t seem to be overly endowed in the sense of humour department.

@OfficiallAnAwardWinningPoster - please return the dress ASAP. LadyGaGa wants it back pronto (something about needing it for the Rotary Club Socially Distant Cheese and Wine evening) and you know she can cut up a bit rough when she wants to.

Slight problem re the dress....
The colour was just so pretty. I've used it to replace the curtains at Winner's View (my humble abode) and re-cover the sofa. And with the excess material, make beautiful toilet seat covers for all of our 7 toilets.
I'm sure La Gags will understand once you explain.

P.s. you should have shown the policeman some of coffee's videos. They'd probably have stripped off and danced for you.

@OfficiallAnAwardWinningPoster. Think we may have a problem. Gaga just turned up on my doorstep for the dress. When I told her about your upcycling project she went white as a sheet. Turns out it wasn’t even her dress. She’d borrowed it from Kylie. When I said I was sure Kylie would be understanding she let out a hollow, maniacal laugh and said Your must be fucking joking. That sweet as honey act is just that - an act! No one messes with Minogue - everyone in the industry knows that!’

She’s hysterical - planning on skipping town and laying low until it all blows over.

H from Steps is trying to calm her down with a herbal tea and a Tunnocks tea cake. He’s really quite nice now he’s sobered up.

I can report that security have been round. I found them deeply unpleasant to be honest. And a noticeable lack of dancing. After some words were exchanged (and I'll admit, it wasn't my finest hour) they have taken everyone's trophies away. They might have also found a dress hidden in my wardrobe that is quite similar to lady gaga's, and they've taken that too.
