Holiday in September

Is anyone planning to go abroad in September? We have a holiday home and are considering going in September as hoping it would be quieter once kids have gone back to school.

I would go if I could afford to quarantine should the guidance on travel to that country change at short notice.
That would be the deciding factor for me.

Posted too quickly. Was going to add that I know several people thinking along the same lines but we are still undecided. People who I know who went ahead with holiday recently said they had a good time and felt safe. Obviously I know it's a personal decision and only we can decide if we want to go but just interested to hear opinions

If I didn’t have a DP who was self employed and therefore can’t quarantine I’d be on a plane tomorrow.
However, we’ve had to cancel 3 trips this summer because quarantine rules were brought in after we booked them so it’s not worth that risk for us.

I'm thinking of booking a trip to Italy for next weekend if quarantine isn't in place. I believe I've already had covid-19 .

Maybe it's selfish but I want some time away.

We can quarantine so that wouldn't be an issue. I'm a bit confused as to the situation with flights though. I know some people who have had flights cancelled and others haven't to the same destination?!
