sorry, i know there's been a ton of threads about this but i wanted to start my own
hence the name, ive had disordered eating since the age of about 2 years old, up until now, with cycles of binging and restricting, constantly cycling through, it's exhausting and humiliating. i am about 8lbs overweight, ive decided not to count calories as i get hugely obsessive and fall back into restricting, but i will be logging my meals!
my 'meal plan' for tomorrow:
breakfast -
yogurt with strawberries and banana, and green tea (to settle my stomach, after tonight's binge
)
lunch -
teriyaki chicken noodles with sesame seeds and green onion, and coke zero
dinner -
bulgogi with rice, and coke zero
