I'm sure this topic has been done before, but they're always changing and it always brings a giggle.
I'll start with yesterday's events in our house.
I went for a shower and dh was on 'watch' of ds who is 23 month old. I come back in to the smell of poo. Dh says he can't smell it and to be fair, I'm pregnant again so have a nose like a sniffer dog!
So I ask dh to check ds nappy which he does and starts laughing.
So I take ds to the change table to change him, open the nappy up and sure enough, he's had a poo, but not just that... In his nappy is also a pair of socks!!!
I ask dh what's happened and he admits (through full belly laughs) that he saw ds fiddling with his nappy but thought 'he was fixing a wedgie'. He also admits he wasn't paying full attention at the time!
Safe to say I sacrificed the socks and just wrapped them up with the nappy and wipes for the bin. I may scramble around for socks for ds on a daily basis but even I'm not that desperate!
After much conversation last night, it turns out dh has been playing a game with ds where he hides things and gets ds to look for them, and a recent favourite hiding place has been in ds's trousers!!! So I fully blame dh for this one!
So please, tell me the hilarious things your toddler has done! And, is everyone else's dh as inventive with games as mine is?!
