Is your local Argos store open?

Mine isn't and neither are the next closest two. I'm worried they won't reopen at all.

Not yet, but sil has been working in the stockroom all through lockdown.

Only the one in Sainsbury's, none of the stand alone stores in any of the towns near me have reopened

According to google the stores in my local area have reopened (I haven’t attempted to visit!)

Check the store info on the Argos site. Google says all of ours are open, they are not.

Ours is (and has been open for a while). They have a very strict queueing system with someone on the door at all times, and a maximum of about 3 customers inside at any given time, even though it's quite a big stand alone shop.

I’m in the midlands and yep, all local stores are open according to the Argos website

Ours is and never closed I don't think, but its one inside a sainsburys, which I think were treated differently than the standalone stores. Its strange that so many stores seem to still be closed though?

I'm in Ireland, there are three in my nearest large town and all are open. I think it might be click & collect only, though.

There's two in my town. The convenient (for me) town centre one hasn't, the edge of town retail park one has.

You can order and collect next day from Sainsbury’s and they deliver but store is closed as they can’t apply social distancing for staff.

Ours is closed and will not be opening up. But the Sainsbury’s one is great

Our nearest Argos is one that’s in a Sainsbury’s, that’s been open for click and collect all along.

No idea about the stand alone Argos near us.

I think they're using it as a method to shift things round a bit. I imagine many of their orders are C&C anyway, so if they can provide that and save money, then I'm sure they'll take the opportunity.

Yes mine and the next 2 nearest are too, including Sainsbury's in store. Wiltshire. Bought something click and collect the other day. Was out of stock first time I tried, tried again a week later and back in stock. Very well organised in the store which was moderately busy.

Yes, it's been open for about a month.
