My DH is having an op soon and due to Corona we have to self isolate for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after.
DH works from home now, so apart from the op his life won't change too much.
I however stopped doing my freelance work at the start of lock down and it hasn't restarted yet. We've no children at home.

Im looking for inspiration on what to do for 4 weeks in isolation...

I like to have a balance in life otherwise I feel out of sorts. So, I try to get a bit of a routine where I balance
Exercise - YouTube
Mental stimulation - books, documentaries, maybe a short free course
Chores - sort out kitchen cupboards kind of thing
Social - chatting with friends and family,

Relaxing - watching tv/films, internet,
Do you have a a garden? I’d spend a lot of time in there.
When I was going a bit crazy as I couldn’t get out during lockdown, I found lots of amazing YouTube videos of things like walking through Yosemite, visiting some aquariums and Virtual walks.

Read - my local library has e-books and magazines.

Cook/bake - try new recipes.

Craft - adult colouring in, knitting etc.

Puzzle books - to keep the mind active.

Yoga or other you tube exercises.

Netflix - binge watch shows.

Prep for Xmas - buying gifts etc.
