Playpen!

My parents will be looking after my 9 month old and their house is a bit cluttered. Need to get a playpen but the ones I'm finding are soo expensive. Is it worth paying £80 to get one? Found some for £25 but not sure how good they are or bad :/

I can't remember what we got bit it was a decent sized plastic thing you could configure in different sizes, was stable, and could be scrubbed. If consider something like that.
How often will they have baby?

We got one second hand off facebay or sphock (can’t remember which one). £25 and just in great condition, we just gave it a wipe and antibac and it was good to go! We just got some of the sponge squares for underneath it so he could make as much mess as he wanted and it was just wipeable

Squares for floor were off eBay. It has extra sides but we are a bit pushed for space so it has to be quite small but can be made bigger. Just means I can go to the toilet without worrying about him!

I definitely think they’re worth it. He can just go in and out when I’m watching, but if I need to pop out the room I just close the door and he barely even notices. We did have a few days of him not liking it so much but he enjoys it in their now. He’s only ever ‘caged in’ when I need to do something without him. Bathroom, check on dinner etc
