I'd totally do Tue and Thu so that I'd never have to ge up early two days in a row. I''d use Wed for house/personal chores and enjoy a four day weekend Fri-Mon.

I would also go for Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 18/08/2020 10:03

Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Tuesday and Wednesday

Always hotel deals on Sunday nights :)

Is probably choose Tuesday and Thursday. Have Monday off, work Tuesday, have Wednesday off, work Thursday then have Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Lovely......

I work 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

beautifulxdisasters · 18/08/2020 10:07

Does it need to be consecutive days? If not I think I'd do Tuesday and Thursday so I was never in two days in a row but still getting the benefit of the long weekends.

But this may be coming from the fact I currently work Mon Tues Thurs and really want to drop the Monday!

MondeoFan · 18/08/2020 10:07

@TwentySixPointTwo I'm totally with you

FloweringFlowers · 18/08/2020 10:08

I did Tuesday and Thursday for ages, was brilliant with school age children as Monday mornings are always such a mad rush even with the best organisation, also I found my children was always seemed to be sick on a Monday rather than any other day Confused, then in on Tuesday, catch up at home Wednesday back in Thursday. Was lovely.

Tuesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Thursday. As some previous posters have said, lots of people plan their work in Mon-Fri weeks so I would feel like I was more on top of things if I could clear stuff off my to-do list on Thursday, knowing there was only Friday for more work to come in from colleagues. But your workplace might not work like that / you might not get antsy about not being on top of things.

Hopefulhen · 18/08/2020 10:23

It really depends what you’ll be doing. If you work in an office, or any team environment where you are closed on the weekends I think Thursday and Friday would be my choice. It feels great to finish at the end of the week for the weekend with everyone else.

Do the work in half days over 4 probably consecutive week days to maximise productivity & right now flexibility.

Tuesday and Wednesday.
