I live In the country and my house has a field behind it, for the past week I’d seen droppings and assumed I had house mice but then I actually seen the culprit in the bathroom the other day, it had a short body, was darker in colour and only had a short tail.
I have bait boxes down as I had a terrible experience with a mouse infestation a few years ago in my last house and don’t want that again, it has definitely been at it but is still coming back as I put a bit of biscuit or whatever inside to attract it and it is always gone.
No damage to anything, do not sure what’s going on but want rid, I think it is coming in through the opening in the back of the toilet so need to figure out something big enough to cover that!
