if you were asked this in a job interview, how would you answer?

I usually just dive in and say 'Excel' and then quickly hear the door slam behind me 😁

Job interviews! Saying that though I've only had 1 in the last 16 years and that was for the role I'm in now (I was temping and had to apply for perm role)

This is purely a question to see what you would do with a 'weakness'. It may not be asked in a direct 'what is your weakness' way but more round about.

If I receive a question like this I just tell a well rehearsed story about how a situation where something went wrong, that I could fix ie: was asked to step in a last minute to facilitate a group, but by the end of the day I felt I was more presenting, than facilitating and the session didn't' go as well as I had hoped. So, what did I do? Spoke to Manager/HR and asked to undertake internal training on good effective facilitation so that next time I was asked to step in, could do so with confidence.

Not a real story, just an example. Something that you may not have been great at initally -but what you did to rectify.

Off track a bit, but saw a program a while ago where they were filming live interviews.

Someone asked 'what's your superpower' and the candidate answered (tongue in cheek) Russia. Grin
