Is what the builders erecting scaffolding across the road from my house have just told the 'busybody' neighbour coming back from walking her dog when she told them chucking a cigarette butt on the path outside her house was littering. 
My mind is well and truly boggled that anyone can be so bloody stupid and that 2 grown adults can actually think this. They are now stood by their van loudly mocking her so far they have called her a busy body, a karen and said she clearly has nothing better to worry about, it's going to be a long week.
