Did you ask them to do your cooking trays too and if so how much extra did they charge for each one?

There were 3 or 4 trays included in the price. Additional trays were charged as extra.

Ours do the trays made out of steel using a vat of caustic soda in their van, but they can’t do the aluminium ones as they would dissolve! It’s included in the quote

Might be silly question but how can I tell if they are aluminium?

They are unlikely to be aluminium, but if they are, they be lighter.

I agree, shelves are included in the price.

It looks like they are anodised aluminium non stick oven trays
