Asking for a friend.
Abusive ex has submitted a child arrangement order to court and the date has come through for next year.
He is saying he will get it changed and brought forward.
Can my friend stop this and ask for the date to stay as it is?
She needs time to work with womens aid and find good legal support.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling to support her as I have no experience in this.
