Best freezer food recipes?

I'd love some ideas. I am out of the house 12 hours plus and need something to put out to defrost and then heat up.

This weekend I have made sausage casserole and chicken and tarragon casserole.

But aside from things like spagetti bologenese I am out of ideas!

Cheese sauce , pasta sauce , soups, curry, lasagne , parmigiana, fish pie, shepherds pie, meat balls in a sauce.

Chili con carne
Big batch of chicken curry
Beef rendang
Beef Massaman curry
(You can tell I like spicy! All those recipes are scalable on the RecipeTin Eats website so I’ll make batches using up to 2kg of meat with all the ingredients scaled up accordingly).

Roast beef sliced in gravy ( just add jacket spud and veg )
