Selling gold

I have a small amount of gold to sell, four rings (two with gemstones), a bracelet and a necklace. Any advice on wether to try jewellers or online, and do I sell the rings with gemstones separately. Have you successful sold any gold items?

Weight it and look on ebay for what similar weights are going for.

I have a small pile of 9ct gold stuff, nothing fancy and some broken. Buyers on ebay are paying £250 for the same weight (14g). I'm waiting for a deal on fees then will list it there. I think you'd get more like that than a jewellers.
