Did an "account switchover from Nationwide to Halifax" - what happens to refunds I was supposed to get for online purchases made using my nationwide account?
My nationwide account no longer exists and I can't seem to even be able to access my last statement for this account online either :(
Will my refunds for online purchases get lost or diverted to my new (halifax) account?
I did the switchover where Halifax supposedly deals with the entire switch over process and arranges nationwide to close my nationwide account.
Any ideas please?
