Amazing Boxsets?

Looking to get stuck into a new box set! We have loved: Sopranos (fav ever) and more recently Schteizel and Ozarks. Any ideas? Can be older series or current!

Not really like the series' you have been watching, but we loved Outnumbered.

I just finished watching Locke and Key on netflix and it was pretty good. Not amazing though (I think it's aimed at a teen demographic, which I am most definitely not!).

One thing I absolutely loved was Good Omens on Prime. David Tennant and Michael Sheen are sublime together.

I've also started watching American horror story: Cult. I'm unsure. It's very disturbing to be honest.
I've heard really good things about House on haunted hill on netflix but I haven't watched it yet.
For a good old school box set I love House. Hugh laurie 😍

I'll be watching the thread with interest. There's so much to choose from but I still struggle.

Yes, we've enjoyed American Horror story! Outnumbered is nice. We tend to have a couple on the go - so something light (like Outnumbered) and then something darker/ more gripping.

Have enjoyed a couple of Polish series on Netflix (DH is Polish), and loved Mindhunter! I don't really like anything to sci-fi or woo!

Black Mirror some of the Ideas are out of this world - brilliant writing

Ooh yes. Mindhunter was fab!

I like slightly offbeat stuff.

So I liked Locke and Key (netflix).

And The Lost Room (on Prime)
And am currently loving Fringe, which is very X-files like.

The Wire. You might need subtitles for the Baltimore accent.

Scandinoir - The Killing, The Bridge.

I'm watching The Shield (2002 onwards). Bad cops in LA. Fast-paced. Like a souped-up Wire without the sociology.

Atlantic Empire (?) Steve Buscemi - from the Sopranos - is the main character.

Peaky Blinders. Excellent, if you haven't seen it.

Spirals. Brilliant box set.

Boardwalk Empire
Queen of the south
Gomorrah
Homeland

The Boys. Vigilantes go after superheroes, who are corporate tools given to murder, drug addiction and sexual assault. Extraordinarily bloody, grimly funny, Karl Urban going full sweary Kiwi. The Captain America/Superman analogue is probably the vilest character on TV this year.

Breaking Bad
Better Call Saul (don't watch before BB)
Money Heist
