Best place for a long haul holiday?

Hi we are hoping to have our final holiday next year maybe April/May time as a couple!
Can anyone recommend the best places and maybe recommend resorts or hotels?
We are thinking possibly Mexico, Jamaica or Dominican Republic but open to ideas!

South Africa - you can tour, safari, climb mountains, go to the beach, eat amazing food, visit beautiful vineyards, dive with sharks, discover historic sites... just so much to experience.

@uglyface yes we are looking forward to having holidays as a family but want one final relaxing holiday as a couple to enjoy some sunshine together!
