I ordered 5 weeks ago
Still no stuff, will I ever receive these items? Any one else feel my pain
I can’t be bothered to ring customer services as what I’ve seen on social media is just a long time on hold listening to Bruno Mars to then get cut off or speak to someone who says they don’t really know!
A bit lighthearted, I know there’s bigger problems in the world, just wanted to vent!

I ordered one item i dont even know how long ago! Luckily it was a christmas present!

You MIGHT get it in time for Christmas, no promises 🤣

Meanwhile I managed to order something (non sale) that said it was out of stock, and also that it would arrive in four weeks, and it came the next day.

Anything I've ordered in the last 2 sales I've had subsequent emails to say it's not possible to deliver and I've been Refunded . Total waste of time !

You must be in some kind of secret circle where they have prioritised you, sadly I’m an outsider 😞

I’ve had some bits, but others have been weeks and still no sign of dispatch. Most of the stuff I’ve ordered said it would be delivered within 42 days so we’ll see. I emailed customer service about some bits as it’s been over 42 days and no delay email etc. They do respond to emails so maybe give that a try

I got some stuff yesterday!

Same, they were holiday clothes and luckily I can wait for them. It’s annoying if you are buying summer clothes 5 weeks ago and wanted them to wear now.

Most of what I ordered was frugi, a couple of bits have arrived but still got around 12 items pending
I ordered some swim shorts a week or so ago an they came but the older orders haven’t got here it’s so strange
