Parker knoll sofas - opinions (or other sofa suggestions)

We’re considering upgrading our sofa to Parker knolls, as we’ ve seen a lovely one in the local showroom. Hoping that a more expensive sofa will last longer, so will be cost effective.

Has anyone brought one and what are their views? Good and bad?

Any other suggestions for good, but not ridiculous expensive, sofa makes?

Thank you.

We have one, but did get replacement cushion fillings as they were very soft and the sofa lost shape, which wasn't what we wanted. They were replaced free of charge though. Other than that we've been happy with ours.

We have ancient family Parker Knoll furniture now with its 3rd generation and we bought a new Burghley sofa a few years ago, very happy with it, 23 years left on the guarantee, but I expect it to outlive me, God willing.

We went round and sat on thousands of sofas for a couple of years and ended up with Parker Knoll as the most comfortable and supportive. 3 years in it still looks as good as new despite the dog, who isn't officially allowed on it.
