Which weather app??

Very boring. Which weather app do you find the most accurate? I've the BBC one but it seems a bit pessimistic- if there's even a 20% chance of rain they still have the rain symbol up!

I've now got the met office one and it's showing temperatures 2-3 degrees higher than the BBC one!

Any recommendations??

Such a coincidence but I changed mine today from Met Office (that I've used for 10+ years) to Weather Channel because the Met Office has been crap for the last year or so.

They never seem to get it right.

I find WeatherRadar to be very accurate.

Thanks will have a perusal of alternatives.

I love a weather app. Met office is my favourite but also have the BBC as it shows two weeks.

Gingaaarghpussy · 12/08/2020 21:25

I use accuweather.

Crunchymum · 12/08/2020 21:38

I too use Accuweather.

Find it better than BBC but still not completely accurate.

H1978 · 12/08/2020 22:33

I find bbc weather very accurate for my area.

RunningNinja79 · 12/08/2020 22:41

I have whatever was already on my phone plus Met office and BBC. I also have the netweather rain radar.

Might have a look at a couple of others too.

Mainly I look at met office

The Met Office have the resource. Other channels take their data from that, but put a spin on it.

They have a quarter of a billion pounds budget each year. BBC buy their services in from the Met Office.
