As PP said D-Mannose is a game changer, but only if UTI’s are caused by E-Coli. I had UTI every few months, starting taking D-mannose 2.5 yrs ago, no infection since. I take it twice a day.

Just to say, I was recommended D Mannose and it didn't work for me whereas cranberry tablets (not juice) did. D Mannose also gave me the most foul wind, I wasn't safe to be in the same room as anyone else so be warned!

Uti is caused by E Coli in this instance so fingers crossed it will work
Thanks all

I haven't experienced any smelly wind (no more than usual anyway 💨) Smile
