Can anyone tell me (or tell me where to look to find out) what an 'average' projected occupancy rate for a B&B would be, please?
I appreciate that this would depend on Area, star rating, and many many other factors, but I have to start somewhere. I also realise 2 yr projections probably not normal in that demand may be higher for next 12m but capacity may be lower (can't cram so many folks in)
