Ebay seller

So my item never got delivered and the seller is asking me to sk neighbours and family. I get the neighbour part but my family live an hour away.? She keeps insiting I ask family?!!

In the end I told her I have cctv and it shows no delivery for the day she said it was delivered.

I'm going to dispute it with ebay. Anyone know if I need to wait 8 days? I opened the case two days ago.

Don't worry, eBay / PayPal always support the buyer. If the seller doesn't agree to refund you, you'll need to wait until you can escalate the case then eBay will refund you.

Just follow the procedure on ebay, you'll get a refund

@empireants @catchyjem thank you will do. It's £5 which I know may not be much but now that she has annoyed me will escalate it.
