do doctors arrange appointments if bloods are normal

I had bloods done last week and today received a call to make an appointment. The appointment is a routine one so it’s obviously nothing major. Could they just be calling to say they are normal?

Yes they do.

Particularly if they want to do further tests if they have found no reason for the illness.

Depends why you had the tests I need the first place. But like you say, if it’s anything urgent they ring.
