Has anyone used Avro Energy suppliers?

Our energy supplier is up for renewal and Avro have come out cheapest for us this year. I've never heard of them so just wondered if anyone had used them and could tell me what they're like for customer service etc?

We're with them and they're fine, no issues, so can't say how they deal with mistakes, but I have no complaints and they're currently the cheapest supplier for us, so what's not to like.

Also fixed price with no leaving penalty, so if this changes, I can move straight away (we're with MSE cheap energy club, who tell you if your price becomes uncompetitive).

Website is a bit amateur and garish but it does what you need it to and they don't pester me to have a smart meter installed morning noon and night like eon did.

Also with Avro. They offer nothing exciting really, but are the cheapest. I've found the customer service good though they do favour electronic correspondence.

Also with Avro. They recently knocked my bill down by £6 a month to £64 because I don't actually use that much gas or electricity (I live by myself) and had built up a fair bit of credit. Had no issues with them at all.

I'm with them. All been fine for a year. Saved me hundreds on my gas and electric. Haven't had any dealings with customer services.

We changed to them recently too but can’t really comment on customer service as haven’t really had to use it.
