Hi

My cousins son seems to be involved in County Lines. Very distressing for the whole family.

Are there any support groups/charities I can point my cousin in the direction of please?

@darksoul I really hope your cousins situation has improved. My son has been involved in county lines on and off for one year now.
There is a charity called St Giles Trust, and also Rescue and Response. There is a film that has just been released with BFI called County Lines that is written by a man who was a youth worker and on the front line working with kids who are being exploited.

Any forums or groups I have joined have never maintained space. The behaviour that emerges and coping mechanisms that each family adopt become all consuming and there is little space for anything else.

The things that have got me through are building a professional team of support with social services, and an emotional team of support with people I trust and love who are non judgemental. We would not be getting through this without them.

He has been exploited and for reasons I'm still exploring, he was vulnerable to that.
