Morrisons-how to switch to COLLECT?!

I need to collect my shopping next week... from a different location. How do I do it within the account settings anyone? I’ve been on hold to Morrisons forever ... HELP!!

If you go into your order, (edit) then you should be able to change your time slot and it should also allow you to change to collect.

Click the van on the top and then it gives you the options to change.

If you haven't an order you just choose which ever store you want, you don't need to set it up in your account.

Is this a new order? Addresses you need to add but you can just select any store, you would need to do a search as it may default to your local store.

New order - click on van at the top, choose collect from store and search for where you want.

Existing customer ... I’ve done the order. It’s defaulting to delivery...

This is the bottom half of my first screenshot, so should allow you to change there.

You need to go into "edit order" on the homepage.

I had to start a brand new account! Apparently the Delivery and click and collect systems are separate - currently - at least in my area. Telephonist said she had fed back this specific point to her management Re web advice on how to shop click and collect but it looks not to have been actioned yet. What a massive waste of time! I’ll still shop there as they are lovely and so is the food.
