Someone’s dog barking on and off between 12-2am.

Neighbours six yr old up and jumping on beds and up and down stairs from 5-20am.

I’ve got one if headaches that feels like a tight band round my head.

DH is on nights so I have an anxiety I can't kick when I am on my own in the house with DS at night, that I don't get anywhere else. So my sleep is difficult anyway.

DS being extra cuddly despite the heat. All night. He also snores like his dad.

The cat yowling from 3am.

Hearing my heart beat throb through the hot pillow. I hate that.

Having to get up at 6am to get DH from the station, and then do a PT HIIT session via Zoom at 6:45.

I have a full day at work and a 150 mile drive this evening. 😩

Stupid bloody hormonal migraines around time my period is due. Started to kick in just before bed (been feeling ill and off all week so knew it was coming) couldn’t sleep from the pain. Still can’t sleep from the pain. Moving makes me sick I’ve ended up lying very still in bed one eye covered ... unfortunately this doesn’t agree with my back injury.

Fed up. My DH is a wonderful man who waits on me hand and foot during these episodes While managing our 9 month, 2 yr old and moody 8 yr old

I was having an unremarkable dream into which a rhino charged and started crashing around. When the rhino's bellows woke me up I discovered the sound was actually DP snoring, gurgling & generally making a noise that would wake the dead yet was asleep himself Angry

I had and still have trapped wind, I ate some white bread yesterday. I’m not gluten intolerant but it sometimes does this to me. I read that modern wheat has been modified to have more gluten in it and as I’m in my fifties bread is probably very different to when I was a child.
