Play Mobil

My 5yo would like a house play set for her birthday. She has a small Play Mobil and said she wants something like that but a house.

I'm wondering whether to go with Play Mobil or something else such as Sylvanian Families or other. It feels as if we should go with one or the other at this point and she seems the right age for either.

Which would be better? & Why?

TIA

Not particularly helpful, but I had both as a child and really loved them. However, I was (still am) particularly fond of Sylvanian Families and still have all of them stashed away safely.

However, any actual houses I had for them were just wooden dolls houses that were less expensive but still perfect for my little imagination!

We have sylvanian families. We have 3 houses, 2 shops and a nursery. If we had space, we could buy them every birthday and Christmas until DD grows out of them. There are so many beautiful things.
We have playmobil but not a house.
They both have the same issue with millions of tiny pieces that can end up scattered everywhere. I spend ages putting all the food back on the shelves of the sylvanian family supermarket.
We also have this

(I thought early learning centre no longer exists until I just googled the house)
We got this for DD1 when she was 4. The characters/ furniture etc are not as detailed but also not as small and easily lost as playmobil and sylvanian families. It is a lovely house. We also have the farm, treehouse, car and a seesaw.
